Each model kit is packaged with utmost care to avoid damage during transit. If you have any issues, questions, or concerns, feel free to send us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Unpainted orders are processed within 2-3 weeks and shipped via your selected delivery method. This usually takes around 3-5 business days for orders placed in the USA and around 7-14 days for International orders.
Painted orders take around 3-4 weeks to make and are shipped the same way as unpainted orders. Note that some larger and more complicated paint jobs may take additional time.
Unpainted orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Note that the model must be in the same condition as it was shipped, and any damage caused by the buyer may result in a partial refund. The Buyer is also responsible for the return shipping fee, and the original shipping fee cannot be refunded. Painted orders cannot be returned due to their more complex nature.
